The much loved Jacaranda Day Parade is planned again for 2024.
But for our thirtieth anniversary we want as many different parade entries as the local region can muster. Old restored cars, trucks, tractors and bikes; steam engines of every shape and size and puff - and of course, community groups in all different costumes, colours and styles. Walking, dancing or even a flock of mobility scooters. Don’t miss your opportunity to get involved.
Just as with every year previously, the parade begins at 11:00am, so you will need to be ready to go from 10:30.
We only have a maximum of about fifty car spaces and twenty-five community groups, floats and inventions. So YOU NEED TO PUT IN AN APPLICATION!
Just fill in the submission form below. Or pick up a paper copy from the Goombungee Post office or the Not New Shop.
Grab a couple of friends and come up with an idea.
Don’t miss your opportunity to shine!
